Connecting your domain is a service our support team provides to every user because DNS configuration is the single most common point of friction for new users. We would rather spend 30 minutes configuring your domain than have you give up on building your business online because of a confusing DNS panel.
Our support team configures your DNS records within a few hours of receiving your request. Once set, DNS propagation — the time it takes for settings to spread globally — ranges from minutes (Cloudflare) to up to 48 hours (some other registrars). We notify you by email as soon as we complete the configuration, and again when your domain is confirmed fully active.
Your login details are treated with strict confidentiality. Our support team accesses only the DNS settings section of your registrar — nothing else. Cloudflare users can provide a limited DNS-only API token instead of their full password, which we strongly recommend for maximum security. You can also change your registrar password immediately after we complete the configuration. We never store or retain your credentials beyond what is needed to complete the setup.
We configure all five records your SystemeScale account needs:
- CNAME — connects your www subdomain to your SystemeScale funnels, website, and courses
- A record — maps the root domain (without www) to the correct IP address
- SPF (TXT) — authorises SystemeScale to send marketing emails from your domain
- DKIM (CNAME) — adds a digital signature proving your emails are authentic
- DMARC (TXT) — sets a policy for handling emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks
The website records make your funnels and pages load under your brand URL. The email authentication records are critical for deliverability — without them, your email campaigns are likely to land in spam.
No transfer required. Your domain stays at whatever registrar you currently use — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, or any other. We access the DNS settings panel of your registrar and add the required records without moving the domain anywhere. A domain transfer moves ownership from one registrar to another — it is not necessary for connecting to SystemeScale and we do not recommend it unless you specifically want to consolidate your domains at Cloudflare.
