Connecting your domain to your account is a service our support team provides to every SystemeScale user because we understand that DNS configuration is the single most common friction point for new users. We would rather spend 30 minutes configuring your domain than have you give up on building your business online because of a confusing DNS panel.
Our support team typically configures your DNS records within a few hours of receiving your request. Once the records are set, DNS propagation — the time it takes for the settings to spread across the internet — can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours depending on your registrar. Cloudflare propagates in minutes. Other registrars may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you by email as soon as we have completed the configuration on our end, and again once we have confirmed your domain is fully active.
Your login details are treated with strict confidentiality. Our support team uses them only to access the DNS settings section of your registrar — we touch nothing else. We recommend using Cloudflare, which allows you to create a limited-access API token that grants DNS-only permissions, so you never need to share your full account password. If you prefer extra security, you can also change your registrar password after we have finished the configuration. We will never store or retain your credentials beyond what is needed to complete the setup.
We configure all the records your SystemeScale account needs to work properly with your domain. These include:
- CNAME record — connects your www subdomain to your SystemeScale funnels, website, and courses
- A record — points the root domain (without www) to the correct IP
- SPF (TXT record) — authorises SystemeScale to send marketing emails from your domain
- DKIM (CNAME record) — adds a digital signature to your outgoing emails proving authenticity
- DMARC (TXT record) — sets a policy for handling emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks
All five are important. The website records make your funnels and pages load under your brand URL. The email authentication records are critical for ensuring your email campaigns are delivered to the inbox rather than spam.
No transfer required. Your domain can stay at whatever registrar you currently use — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, or anyone else. We access your registrar's DNS settings panel and add the required records without moving the domain anywhere. A transfer is an optional process that moves ownership of the domain from one registrar to another — it is not necessary for connecting your domain to SystemeScale and we do not recommend it unless you specifically want to consolidate your domains. If you want to move to Cloudflare for better DNS performance, we can assist with that separately, but it is not a requirement.
