Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us
This Privacy Policy explains how SystemeScale collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. By using SystemeScale, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully — it is written in plain language, not legalese.
Who We Are
SystemeScale is an all-in-one online business platform that enables coaches, agencies, course creators, and service providers to build funnels, manage email marketing, sell courses, and automate their business operations.
SystemeScale operates as a white-label platform powered by the underlying infrastructure of systeme.io. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "SystemeScale," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform, which is legally based in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
This policy is governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and administered in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). Where our users are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, we also acknowledge and respect those applicable frameworks.
