Once your account is set up and your plan is active, you submit a migration request through our support team and we provide a timeline. There is no requirement to take your original platform offline — no data is deleted from your current platform during the process, and in most cases there is no downtime at all.

Our migration team reviews your current setup, gains access to the necessary platforms with your permission, and rebuilds or imports your content into your SystemeScale account. You receive a timeline estimate before we begin. When the migration is complete you are notified and can review everything before making the final switch.

In the vast majority of cases there is zero downtime. Your original platform remains fully active throughout the entire migration process — we do not delete or modify anything on your current platform. Your existing funnels, courses, and email system continue running normally while we build the SystemeScale version in parallel. You only switch over when you are satisfied that everything is correctly set up. In rare cases involving very large-scale businesses with complex interdependencies, a maintenance window of 4–12 hours may be necessary.
