How to share a course
In this article, you will learn how to share a course between SystemeScale accounts.
This feature allows you to share a complete copy of your course with other SystemeScale users so they can import it directly into their own accounts.
Note: To do this, you will first need to have created a course. To learn more about creating a course, refer to: How to create a course.
How to generate the share link

Navigate to your courses
From the main menu, navigate to the Assets tab and select Courses.

Select the share option
Once the course is created, locate it in your list, click the three dots (...) on the right-hand side, and select Share.

Copy the link
A popup window will display the unique course URL. Click Copy link to clipboard to save the link. You can now send this link directly to the recipient.
How users can access the shared course
Once you have sent the link to the recipient, they will need to follow these steps to import it:

Log in and paste
The recipient must first log in to their SystemeScale account. Then, they simply paste the shared link you sent them directly into their browser's address bar.

Confirm the import
A notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the course has been successfully added to their account.

Course Added Successfully
The newly imported course will now be available in the recipient's account. They can view and edit it by navigating to Assets and clicking Courses.
