How to add an FAQ section to your page
In this article, you will learn how to add and customize an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) element on your page layouts.
What you will need:
- An active SystemeScale account
- A sales funnel page
Step 1: Add the FAQ element to your page
First, open your funnel step workspace by clicking on the Edit Page button to launch the main canvas builder.

Drag and drop the element
Scroll down the left panel menu, find the FAQ element, and drag it directly onto your active layout page canvas.
Step 2: Edit your question and answer content
Once placed on your page, you can open the element settings to change the text and layout structures.

Open element settings and type your question
Click directly on the FAQ element inside the builder to open its properties panel on the left. Delete the default question text and type your own custom question.

Populate the answer area
Select a content block from the left panel and drag it directly into the answer slot row. A Text element is most commonly used, but you can drop any block you prefer (such as an image, video, or audio player). Replace the default placeholder text with your real answer content.
Step 3: Expand your FAQ layout with extra items
You can seamlessly expand your section to handle multiple question lines from the same master block module.

Click ADD FAQ ITEM
With your FAQ element settings open on the left panel, click on the blue ADD FAQ ITEM button. This creates a brand new blank accordion row.

Insert custom media formats if desired
Replace the default text for your second item. If you prefer a visual presentation mode, drag a Video element block from the left menu panel and drop it into the item layout slot instead.
Step 4: Style your icons and colors section
- Navigation Icons: Use the dropdown menus inside the settings panel to change the indicators for the opened and closed states, or toggle them off completely.
- Color Customization: Scroll down to the Colors settings area inside the left sidebar panel to change the tint values for your text titles, row backgrounds, and accordion icons.
