In this article, you will learn how to create and deploy a secure contact form within your funnel steps or blog structures using the Contact us system feature in SystemeScale.

What you will need:

  • An active SystemeScale account.
  • A published blog layout or an operational sales funnel page.

Deploying the Contact us Feature on Blogs

You can deploy your public communication input forms inside blog architectures via two alternative implementation methods:

Method A: Utilizing a Prebuilt Contact Page Template

Every default corporate blog template generated inside the framework automatically provisions an optimized, pre-mapped contact page layer. To locate and customize this asset:

  1. Access your master blog dashboard and highlight the secondary Pages control panel tab.
  2. Locate the row element titled Contact within the list directory array.
  3. Click the three-dot action menu item on the far right edge of the page directory row and launch the page builder.

Once your canvas settles, click directly inside the boundaries of the prebuilt form element box to display its specialized logic control settings inside your left panel sidebar dashboard tray. Here you can tweak these specific attributes:

  • Display attach file button: Toggle this option parameter active to authorize visitors to securely upload files or asset documents during form submissions.
  • Message after submission: Write the customized text alert confirmation response string displayed to the browser user immediately after they submit their message.

Method B: Manually Inserting the Component Block

If you want to spin up a messaging form on an alternative subpage, open the three-dot menu rows on your preferred blog step page to invoke the canvas editor. Navigate down through the left structural panel to pull the Contact us component block directly out, dropping it inline wherever required. Click the green Save changes block in the upper right corner to lock the configuration structure. Note: The block container can merge onto any standard subpage structure, except for the root master homepage dashboard layout.

Deploying the Contact us Feature on Sales Funnels

Within your conversion funnel environments, the component container can only load onto steps assigned exclusively to the dedicated Contact page configuration type.

Method A: Standard Funnel Template Route

Click the Add step action node inside your visual funnel side pipeline list. Open the Type classification menu and choose Contact us page. Provide an internal name, click Choose a template, and click Save. Browse the design library, select your preferred layout, and click Edit page to personalize inside the builder.

Method B: Building from Scratch

Click Add step, assign the Type dropdown to Contact us page, choose Start from scratch, and click Save. Click Edit page to access the blank canvas. Drag the Contact us element onto your workspace and click Save changes.

⚠️
Data Recovery and Rollback Scope
Committing updates via the Save changes button rewrites the page schema array directly on our platform servers. Once a save loop completes successfully, prior code versions or absolute layouts cannot be rolled back or recovered.

Assigning the Target Submissions Recipient Email

1
Navigate to Global Domain Assets
Click on your profile avatar icon at the far right of the upper navigation bar and choose Settings. In the left dashboard column, select the Custom domains tab.
2
Open Domain Configurations
Locate your active domain URL, click the three-dot action menu on the far right, and select Settings.
3
Update the Submission Field Parameter
In the Domain settings popup, scroll to the field labeled Email address for "Contact us" form submissions. Input your preferred administrative email address and save. All future user messages will deliver to this address.
