How to change the sender's email address
In this article, you will learn how to change your default workspace sender email address to properly route your outbound platform messaging streams.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- A verified email address matching your custom domain name
Step-by-step instructions

Navigate to Email Settings
Click on your profile picture in the top right header bar, navigate to the Settings panel, and select the Emails tab from the left menu grid.

Update the sender address configuration
Locate the Sender section card layout at the top of the interface. Input your new professional domain address inside the Email address input block field.

Save workspace updates
Click the primary Save button located at the base of the page view to lock in your changes.

This master configuration applies globally to all future transactional system emails (such as invoices or member login records), as well as your outgoing newsletters and automated marketing campaign communications.

Legacy Asset Preservation Notice
This modification strictly affects **new assets and newly spun drafts**. Updating this master setting does not automatically replace sender fields inside historical assets you have already finalized (such as active automation rules or scheduled campaign newsletters). You must manually enter those pre-existing communication steps and change the sender profile strings inside each item's block options card.
