How to create and sell a physical product in SystemeScale
In this article, you will learn how to create a physical product inventory item and sell it using optimized funnel checkout layouts.
Step 1: Create a physical product

Assets → Physical products
Go to the main platform dashboard menu bar, select Assets, and click on the Physical products sub-tab.

Click Create
Click on the Create button at the top right to open the product profile creation panel.
Provide the following information:
- Name & Description: Front-facing label copy displayed to customers on checkout.
- SKU: Unique code assigned to identify your specific item.
- Product tax & Tax behavior: Configure tax rate percentages and choose Exclusive or Inclusive behavior.
- Currency, Price, & Weight: Set transaction currency, base retail price, and item weight.
- Inventory & Shipping: Assign stock levels and choose whether to enable automated shipping fees. You can also upload product images.
Add product options and variants
To establish item choice variations like sizes or colors, navigate to the options setup area. Enter an option name and comma-separated values. Click + Add another option to add more fields.

- Free plan: Maximum 50 variants
- Startup plan: Maximum 100 variants
- Webinar plan: Maximum 250 variants
- Unlimited plan: Unlimited variants
Step 2: Putting the product on sale
2.1 Create a sales funnel

Sales Funnels → Create
Navigate to your dashboard, select the Sales Funnels tab, and click Create. Select the Sell template, name your funnel, choose your currency (must match product currency), and click Save.
2.2 Place the product in your funnel

Select your layout page templates
Choose your preferred design layouts for your Order Form and Thank You page steps, then click Select.

Map the offer type bindings
Select the Order Form step. In the configurations panel, toggle the offer type to Physical product. Choose your product from the dropdown and click Save.
Step 3: Edit your order form canvas

Click Edit page
Launch the page editor by clicking the Edit page button.

Place product checkout blocks
From the left elements sidebar, scroll to the Payment drawer. Drag the Physical Product element onto your canvas, then drag the Offer price element beneath it.

Click Save
Click the blue Save button in the top-right header before exiting the editor.
Step 4: Monitoring customer orders

Sales → Orders
To process orders or manage fulfillment, hover over Sales in the main menu and click Orders. Filter by dates, transaction states, or item names.

Fulfillment Boundary Statement
The platform operates as a payment processing and lead tracking engine only. It does not manage physical shipping, packaging, or carrier logistics. You are solely responsible for shipping inventory directly to your customers once payment clears.
