How to embed a SystemeScale form or popup on an external website
This page will teach you how to create and integrate a SystemeScale form or popup on your external website.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- A sales funnel
- A website or webpage created on an external platform
Step 1: Create an opt-in inline form page
An inline form is embedded directly inside the body of your external webpage. Visitors see the form as part of the page content.

Add a new funnel step
In your sales funnel, click the Add step button, then select Inline form from the Opt-in category.

Choose a form template
Select one of the available templates by clicking Select.

Edit your form
Modify your form by clicking Edit page. Configure the fields, design, and form settings as needed.

Generate the form script
Once you have finished configuring your form, click Script to generate the code for your external site.

Copy the form script
A popup will appear. Click Copy link to clipboard to copy the script of your form.

Paste the script on your external site
To integrate the form, go to the HTML or Widget section of your external site and paste the script.

Where inline forms usually go
Inline forms are best placed inside the main page content, such as a lead capture section, newsletter signup area, or content upgrade block.
Step 2: Create an opt-in popup form page
A popup form appears as an overlay on your external site. It is useful when you want the form to appear without taking permanent space inside the page layout.

Add a popup form step
In your sales funnel, click Add step, then select Popup form from the Opt-in category.

Choose a popup template
Select one of the available popup templates by clicking Select.

Edit your popup form
Customize your popup form by clicking Edit page.

Generate the popup script
Once you have finished configuring your popup form, click Script so you can place it on your external site.

Copy the popup script
A popup will appear. Click Copy link to clipboard to copy the script of your popup form.

Paste the script in your external site code
To integrate the popup, navigate to the header or footer code section of your external site and paste the script.

Inline form vs popup placement
For inline forms, paste the script where you want the form to appear on the page. For popup forms, paste the script in the header or footer code area of the external website.
Step 3: Confirm the form or popup appears correctly
After pasting the script on your external website, open the live page and test the integration.

Visit the page where you pasted the form or popup script.

Check the display
Confirm that the inline form appears in the correct section, or that the popup loads according to its configured behavior.

Submit a test opt-in
Enter test details into the form to confirm that new contacts are captured correctly inside SystemeScale.

Always test the live external page after adding the script. This helps confirm that your form displays correctly and that opt-ins are being collected before you promote the page.
