In this article, you'll learn how to let clients book a paid event or consultation with you by adding a calendar to your funnel pages.

What you will need:

Step 1: Set up your digital product

On the configuration page of your order form/payment page, scroll down to the Choose offer type and select Digital product:

  • Name your digital product.
  • Click the + icon to add resources, and choose Calendar events from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the specific event you want to offer.
  • Set up your price plan, and then click Save.
2
Open the page editor
Once your product and pricing are saved, click the Edit page button to open the editor for your order form/payment page.
3
Add the paid calendar element
In the left-hand panel of the editor, scroll down until you find the Paid calendar element. Drag and drop it directly onto your page.

Step 4: The 2-step booking process

Once added, the paid calendar element automatically creates a seamless 2-step experience for your users.

a. Calendar

Your visitors will be able to see your available dates and select a time slot that works for them. You can customize the settings for each step directly within the left-hand panel:

  • The headline: The main title displayed at the top of the booking step (e.g., "Step 1:").
  • Sub-headline: A secondary line of text below the headline used to provide additional context or instructions.
  • The button text: The specific text written on the button that users click to move to the next part of the booking process.
  • Time format: Clock display style (12hr/24hr).

b. Form

After selecting a time, they will be prompted to enter their contact details (like their name and email) and complete their payment to finalize the booking. You can customize the settings for each step directly within the left-hand panel:

  • The headline: The main title
  • Sub-headline: A secondary line of text below the headline
  • The button text: Clock display style (12hr/24hr).

c. The confirmation

Once users complete the calendar payment, they will follow the standard order page flow:

  • If Upsell or Downsell pages exist, they will be redirected to them.
  • If not, they will reach the Thank You page.

Once you're happy with your calendar setup, don't forget to click the Save button in the top right corner of the editor before exiting the page.

Notification emails
Both the host and the invitees will receive three notification emails for every booking:

Booking confirmation: Sent to both parties immediately to indicate that the booking was successful.
24-Hour reminder: Sent to both parties 24 hours before the event begins.
1-Hour reminder: Sent to both parties one hour before the event begins.
⚠️
Remark (Paid booking confirmation email)
By default, the booking confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment process starts, even if the payment later fails or is canceled.

To avoid this, go to Settings, then Notifications, then Sales, and enable the option Send the booking confirmation email only after payment is completed.

When this option is enabled, the booking confirmation email is sent only after the payment is successfully confirmed. This works with all payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Mollie.
