In this article, you will learn how to create an order form or payment page to begin accepting transactions and selling products.

You will need:

  • A SystemeScale account
  • A sales funnel

Step 1: Create the funnel step

1
Add a new step
Go to the sales funnel where you want to add a payment page, then click on Add step in the funnel pages menu on the left.
2
Select page type
On the popup, select Order form from the Type dropdown list.
3
Choose a template
Browse the template library and click Select on the template you want to use for the order page. You can also start from scratch. Click Save to create your page.

Step 2: Configure the page settings

Once you choose a template, the configuration page will open. Here, you can adjust the page settings, automation rules, and price plans.

When creating an order form, you must specify whether you are selling a digital product or a physical product. Scroll down to Choose offer type and select accordingly.

Selling a digital product

After selecting digital product, you will need to specify which resource(s) the customer will have access to after making the purchase. The following resources are available:

  • Courses: After successful payment, the customer will automatically have access to the course(s).
  • Course bundles: After successful payment, the customer will have access to a membership course bundle.
  • Tags: After successful payment, the customer will be assigned the specified tag.
  • Communities: After successful payment, the customer will have access to a community where they can interact with other members.
  • Calendar events: You can create a paid calendar event.

Selling a physical product

If selling a physical product, select the specific product from the resource dropdown list.

⚠️
Physical Product Limitations
SystemeScale does not handle shipping or fulfillment for physical products; you must manage these processes externally. If you have not yet created a physical product, you will need to do so in the products section first.

Step 3: Define pricing

You can add one or more pricing plans to your payment page depending on how you want to bill your customers (e.g., one-time payment, subscription, or payment plan). Click here to see how to create a price plan.

Step 4: Design your form

Once your configuration and pricing are saved, click the Edit page button to modify the payment page's layout, update the input fields, and customize the design to fit your brand.
