How to change a student's course access type
In this article, you will learn how to efficiently change a student's access type for a specific course within your SystemeScale ecosystem.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- An active course (How to create a course using SystemeScale)
- At least one enrolled student
Step-by-step instructions

Navigate to Courses
Navigate to Assets, then click Courses.

Access the student's file
Click on the Students tab to view the list of students enrolled in your course. Navigate to the student's file by clicking on their email address.

Change course access
Once you are on the student's file, go to the Enrollments section, then click on the three dots and select Change course access.

Select new access type
A popup will appear. Select the new access type from the dropdown (Full access, Partial access, Drip content, or Partial access with drip).

Save changes
Click Save to apply the changes.

Managing Partial Access
If you select a partial access type, a Choose module dropdown will appear. This allows you to easily adjust their access by selecting additional modules or removing modules that were previously accessible to the student.
