How to manually add students to a course

In this article, you’ll learn how to manually add students to your courses in your SystemeScale account without requiring them to purchase or register via an opt-in page.

Navigate to Courses
Navigate to the Assets tab in the main menu and click on Courses.

Add a student
Select the course you want to enroll the user in, then click the Add student button in the top right area of the dashboard.

Enter student details
In the popup window, enter the following details for the new student:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Select access type
Next, you must select the student's access type. Choose the method that best fits your delivery strategy:
  • Full access: Gives the student immediate access to the entire course content.
  • Partial access: Gives access to only specific modules/parts of the course that you select.
  • Drip content: Releases the course lectures gradually over time based on the delays you configured.
  • Partial access with drip: Gives access to specific parts of the course while releasing the allowed lectures gradually.

Save and enroll
Click Save to finalize and add the student to your course.

Automated Email Sent
Important: Once added, the system automatically emails the student their unique login credentials and a direct link to access the course membership area.
