How to create a quiz in a course module
In this article, you will learn how to create and manage a quiz for a course module to test your students' knowledge.
Accessing your courses

Open your course
In the main menu, navigate to the Assets tab, click Courses, and then click on your desired course.

Initialize the quiz
Go to the module where you want to add the quiz. Click the three dots next to the module name, and then select Create a quiz for this module.

Confirm creation
In the confirmation popup that appears, click Confirm.

Add a question
To start creating quiz questions, click Add a question. Enter your question text, then click Save.

Add answer options
Add options to your question by clicking Add an answer.
Enter the answer text. If this is an incorrect answer, leave the Correct answer box unchecked. Conversely, if the answer is the correct one, ensure you check the box.
Finally, click Save.

Multiple Answers & Visualization
A single question can have multiple correct answers if you choose. In the editor view, your designated correct answers will be highlighted in green so you can easily verify your quiz logic at a glance.

Make it visible
To make the quiz visible to your students, click Activate Quiz within the module overview. In the popup window, click Confirm to finalize the activation. Once activated, the quiz will appear as part of the curriculum.

Quiz Accessibility Rule
The quiz will only be accessible to students after all of the preceding lessons in that specific module have been marked as completed.
If a student attempts to access a lecture in the next module before completing the current module's quiz, they will be blocked and see a message requiring them to finish the quiz first.

How to deactivate
If you need to hide the quiz or edit its contents, click Deactivate quiz located within the module, and click Confirm on the pop-up.

Editing Requirements
To edit, add, or delete questions on an active quiz, you must first deactivate the quiz, make your necessary changes, and then reactivate it when you are finished.
