How to remove a student
In this article, you will learn how to permanently remove a student from your SystemeScale account.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- At least one enrolled student
Step-by-step instructions

Navigate to Courses
Navigate to the Assets tab in your main dashboard, and then click Courses.

View students list
Click the Students tab to display a full list of all students who currently have access to your courses.

Remove the student
Locate the specific student you want to remove in the list. Click the three dots menu (...) on the right side of their row, then select Delete.

Consequences of Deleting a Student
Please be aware of the following before deleting a student profile:
β’ Access: A deleted student immediately loses access to all enrolled courses on your platform.
β’ Progress: Deleting a student also permanently erases their course progress. If they regain access to the course in the future, they will have to start from the beginning.

Alternative: Revoking Access
