Case 1: Sending your email marketing sequences through SystemeScale

If you are utilizing our native built-in autoresponder engine, follow this dual-stage process to map your operational records.

Step 1: Generate your security record parameters inside SystemeScale

Open your Email Configuration panel

Hover over your profile photo in the top-right toolbar and click on Settings. In the left-hand navigation sidebar menu, click on Emails.

Trigger the validation wizard

Scroll down to the Domains section parameters, then click the precise contextual link labeled: "Click here to authenticate your domain and display its information in your email header, which will help you improve your email deliverability rate".

Input your clean root domain string

In the modal window prompt that opens, enter your clean naked domain name (excluding prefixes like "www", e.g., sio-team.live). Once filled out, click Save.

Display your unique DNS entries

Refresh your browser page window. Locate your newly cataloged domain string in the list and click its accompanying eye icon. The system will slide open an overview box displaying three CNAME records and one TXT record (your DMARC row token). Keep this window active on your screen.

Crucial DNS Pre-Requisites

Domain name authentication is mandatory to process email broadcasts through our system servers.
Your custom domain must resolve to an active, functioning web page website. If your target domain path points to a blank page or a 404 server error, major incoming mail servers may aggressively block your broadcasts.
You cannot authenticate domain paths from consumer email suppliers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo Mail, ProtonMail). Only custom, privately owned domains can be authenticated.

Step 2: Deploy your records inside your GoDaddy DNS manager zone

Now, you must copy these parameters and input them safely inside your external registrar console.

Access your GoDaddy DNS records hub

Log directly into your GoDaddy customer account portfolio. Select the custom domain you are authenticating from your assets dashboard, browse into its setting parameters, and click on DNS records, then choose Add new record.

Map the three individual CNAME records

Select the CNAME structural option from the type dropdown manager box. Fill out the fields carefully using the generated values from your open dashboard workspace:

Name / Host field: Paste the generated Name string. Crucial Rule: Paste only the specific host prefix segment that comes before your root domain name (e.g., if the generated output value displays si942517.sio-team.live, strip your root domain and enter only si942517).
Value / Target field: Paste the full matching target string. Important: Append a trailing period (.) directly to the very end of the value target string if required by your host (e.g., inbound.systeme.io.).

Click Save to commit the row block. Repeat this identical field mapping configuration for all three unique CNAME layers.

Map your mandatory DMARC TXT record

Initialize another new record inside GoDaddy, setting the structural type selector dropdown menu strictly to TXT. Map the values precisely as follows:

Name: _dmarc
Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:yourreportingaddress@domain.com

Click Save to validate and lock your record into GoDaddy.

Step 3: Verify and complete propagation steps

Once your four structural record nodes have been added to GoDaddy, verify that your changes are cleanly broadcasting across the public network layer.

Open a public utility tool like DNS Checker. Enter your full prefix string combined with your root domain into the query search line (e.g., si942517.sio-team.live) and check for CNAME rows. If the tool resolves green checkmarks next to your target strings, propagation is successful.

Similarly, query your root domain using a public DMARC Checker tool to verify that your security text record is readable. Once these entries show active across the network, you must notify our customer support team to run a final internal verification lookup sweep from our end.
