In this article, you will learn how to share a block (a saved page section) with other users of SystemeScale, allowing them to copy and use your custom layouts in their own editor libraries.

What you will need:

  • A SystemeScale account
  • A saved block on a page
πŸ“Œ
Prerequisite Asset Rule
To do this, you first need to have a saved layout block inside your account library. If you have not created or configured a custom layout block template yet, please read our guide on How to save blocks in the editor.

Part 1: Generating and copying your block share URL link

Follow these simple steps to locate your library elements and copy their unique deployment link tokens:

1
Navigate to the My blocks library tab
Open your page editor workspace canvas. Click on the Blocks menu option block on the left panel, and then select the My blocks menu row choice.
2
Locate your block and click the Share icon
You will see an organized list of all saved block structures inside your account. Find the specific template block you want to share, and click on its corresponding share icon.
3
Copy the sharing link text block string
A popup settings modal card will appear displaying the block's unique link token. Click the Copy link to clipboard button block to save this URL path, which you can now share with any other platform users.

Part 2: Importing and placing a shared block asset (Recipient guide)

If you are the recipient receiving a shared block link from another author account, follow these simple setup instructions:

4
Log into your dashboard and paste the link
First, log securely into your personal dashboard space. Next, paste the received share link URL string directly into your browser's address navigation bar and hit Enter to import the block layout structure into your template database library automatically.
5
Locate the block inside your page editor canvas
Open the specific funnel page editor layout canvas where you want to deploy the block. Click on the Blocks configuration tab row on the left options bar, choose My blocks, and find the newly imported shared block card.
6
Drag and drop the element into place
Click on the shared block card asset icon, and drag and drop it directly onto your active page section rows to complete the design setup.
