How to delete a newsletter
In this article, you will learn how to permanently delete an existing newsletter from your SystemeScale account. This process applies to both drafted templates and successfully sent broadcast logs.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- An existing newsletter draft or log entry to delete
Step-by-step instructions

Navigate to the Newsletters log dashboard
On your main top navigation panel bar, hover over the Emails menu tab and select Newsletters from the available drop-down list.

Trigger the removal option
Scroll through your directory list to locate the specific newsletter record you want to delete. Click the three dots (...) contextual menu icon located on the right side of the newsletter row, and select Delete.

Confirm the permanent deletion
A prompt modal will appear on your screen. Click the primary Confirm button to execute the command and permanently wipe the newsletter asset from your workspace.

Permanent Action Warning
Executing the deletion block is completely irreversible. Once confirmed, the newsletter copy, design layout, and associated performance metric logs (open rates, click rates) will be completely purged from your database and cannot be recovered.
