How to share a newsletter
In this article, you will learn how to easily share a newsletter template copy layout from one active SystemeScale account workspace directly to another using a secure, system-generated URL token link.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- A configured newsletter draft or sent asset archive
You can share individual newsletters or complete template asset packages with other platform operators. To begin this process, you must have an existing newsletter record active inside your database.

How to send or schedule a newsletter
Need to build out a fresh broadcast email blueprint, pick an editor canvas format, or program specific queue options first? Read our master layout configuration article.
Step 1: Exporting and generating the shareable link
To pull your newsletter architecture out of your account to distribute to team members, consulting partners, or affiliates, execute this instruction flow:
1
Navigate to the Newsletters log dashboard
In your primary top menu panel bar layout, hover or click on the Emails option header and select Newsletters from the drop list.
2
Trigger the secure asset share token
Locate the specific newsletter record item you intend to export from the dashboard sheet. Click the three dots (...) contextual options element row button, and select Share from the choice modal dropdown list.
3
Copy the generated transfer URL asset
A pop-up configuration interface layout will launch on your dashboard view, exposing a unique, secure marketplace sharing URL asset path string. Click the primary confirmation button inside the modal to copy the link directly onto your system clipboard. You can now distribute this tracking link directly to your target external contacts.
Step 2: Importing a shared newsletter into a separate account
When an external user receives your shared template string, importing the content blocks, copy formats, and layout code matrices takes only a single step:
4
Authenticate active account sessions
The receiving contact must first open their browser framework and ensure they are actively logged in to their private administrative platform workspace dashboard.
5
Execute URL import and validation
While logged in, the user should paste your shared URL asset string directly into their browser's main address navigation bar field (URL field) and hit enter. An immediate system notification popup banner will flash on screen, confirming that the entire newsletter framework layout has successfully compiled and imported straight into their account database.

Accessing Imported Assets
The incoming duplicated newsletter block lands cleanly inside the user's personal draft logs view. They can find and edit it at any stage by navigating into their dashboard header toolbar, clicking Emails, and choosing the Newsletters records tab layout. From there, they can adjust sender credentials and map localized audience segments.
