In this article, you will learn how to completely hide the SystemeScale promotional affiliate badge from your email broadcasts and design specialized, localized footers for each of your custom domain assets.

What you will need:

  • A SystemeScale account with an active commercial subscription (Startup, Webinar, or Enterprise/Unlimited models)

Removing "Sent in SystemeScale" from your email footer

To eliminate default platform marketing badges and align your communication layout with your unique brand signature, adjust your account properties:

1
Navigate to native Email configuration panels
Click on your profile picture icon in the upper-right corner of your system panel interface, go to the Settings dashboard, and select the Emails tab on the left navigation panel.
2
Deactivate the affiliate link layer
Scroll down to locate the parameter checkbox block labeled "Display my affiliate link at the end of each email I send". Uncheck this option to remove the text block entirely.
⚠️
Free Tier Branding Requirement
The platform footer badge houses a personalized tracking token used to credit affiliate commissions. Accounts running on our Free plan tier cannot uncheck or hide this badge asset. Upgrading to a premium tier immediately uncouples this layout restraint.

Customizing your outbound footer parameters

SystemeScale enables you to toggle opt-out text values, inject localized privacy statements, or deploy entirely distinct disclaimers for different sending domains.

Unsubscribe link text optimization

Ensure your broadcast templates include an obvious opt-out switch by checking the option labeled "Display 'Unsubscribe from campaign' link". To change the public link anchor copy, type your custom phrase inside the text block. Use the adjacent language dropdown selector to map translated strings for your multi-regional customer segments.

Multi-brand domain footer management

If you run multiple distinct brands or companies under a single ecosystem infrastructure, you can set a unique footer block layout for each active sending domain name record.

3
Select the target sending record
Locate the dropdown menu option titled Footer text. Select the specific verified domain asset or sender identity string you intend to customize from the listed records.
4
Input compliance copy and save changes
In the multi-line text input block canvas provided directly below, type or paste your legal disclaimers, support tracking links, or contact addresses. Click the primary Save button block to push the changes live immediately across your selected delivery path.

Compliance Tip
Deploying customized domain-level footers containing distinct physical business addresses and specialized disclaimers ensures strict compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR legal sending rules, boosting your domain authority score.
