What is an automated webinar?
An automated webinar is a webinar funnel that lets leads register for available sessions without you manually hosting a live event each time.
Step 1: Create an evergreen webinar funnel
Start by creating a new sales funnel and selecting the evergreen webinar goal.

Open Sales Funnels
Click the Sites tab, then click Sales Funnels.

Create a new funnel
Click Create.

Name the funnel
Enter a clear name for your funnel.

Choose the webinar goal
Select Run an evergreen webinar as the funnel goal, then click Save.

Step 2: Choose and customize the registration page
Your evergreen webinar funnel is created with three pages by default. These pages appear in the column on the left.

Select a registration page template
Browse the available templates and select a template for your webinar registration page.

Open the page editor
Click Edit page to customize the page content.

Optimize the registration page
Use the registration page to explain the webinar promise, who it is for, what attendees will learn, and why they should reserve a seat.
Step 3: Add and configure the registration popup
After customizing the registration page, create the popup that will contain the webinar registration form.

Open Popups
Click Popups inside the page editor.

Add a new popup
Click the + icon to add a new popup.

Open popup settings
Click Edit popup settings to configure the registration form.

Configure from the sidebar
The popup settings will appear in the left sidebar. Configure the registration form as needed.
Step 4: Configure the webinar registration date
Configuring the webinar registration date is mandatory. Without this step, your automated webinar registration flow will not be properly configured.

Click the webinar date element on your registration form.

Make sure the webinar registration date element is configured. This is a mandatory part of the evergreen webinar registration form.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add multiple webinar pages in one funnel?
No. You cannot have multiple webinar pages in a single funnel. However, you can add a button to your page that links to a sign-up page for a different funnel.
Why canβt I access my thank you and conference pages directly?
The thank you and conference pages cannot be accessed directly by entering their URLs in a browser. They are only visible after a lead has registered. You can still preview these pages inside the editor.
How do I configure a webinar to play on a specific date?
It is not possible to set a fixed calendar date, such as October 5th, for an evergreen webinar. Because the format is automated, leads will only see sessions available for the specific day they visit the page, such as Today at 2:00 PM.
Is it possible to do a live webinar?
No. SystemeScale currently only supports automated, evergreen webinars.
