βœ… All plans

We are constantly striving to improve SystemeScale. We listen closely to user recommendations to help build the best all-in-one marketing platform for our community.

If you have a suggestion, you can share it directly on our public feature roadmap. You can also vote on ideas submitted by other users β€” ideas with the most votes are prioritised first.

Go to the Feature Roadmap
View all submitted ideas, vote on existing ones, or submit your own suggestion directly from the roadmap.

How to submit a new idea

1
Go to the roadmap
Visit systemescale.com/roadmap to see all currently submitted feature ideas.
2
Click Suggest a Feature
Click the Suggest a Feature button at the top of the roadmap page, or go directly to systemescale.com/roadmap-submit.
3
Fill in your idea
Enter a clear title and a detailed description of the feature you want and why you need it.
4
Rate its importance
Select how important this feature is to your business: Not important, Nice to have, Important, or Critical. This helps our team understand the real-world impact of your request.
5
Enter your email and submit
Enter your email address and click Submit My Idea. You will receive a confirmation email once your submission is received. Our team reviews every idea for feasibility before it appears publicly on the roadmap.

How to vote on an existing idea

If someone else has already submitted the feature you want, voting on it is the fastest way to move it up the priority list.

1
Browse the roadmap
Go to systemescale.com/roadmap and browse the list of approved ideas.
2
Click the vote button
Click the β–² button on any idea you support.
3
Enter your email
Enter your email address to cast your vote. You will also receive a notification when the status of that idea changes.

Ideas with the most votes are prioritised
Our team reviews the roadmap regularly. The higher the vote count on an idea, the sooner it gets evaluated and scheduled for development.

Submission guidelines

To make sure your idea gets a fair review, please follow these guidelines when submitting:

  1. Submit one idea per form. Do not combine multiple feature requests in a single submission. Each idea should stand on its own so the community can vote on it individually.
  2. Describe your idea in detail. Explain what the feature is, how it would work, and why you need it. Vague submissions are harder for our team to evaluate and less likely to gain community support.
  3. Any language is accepted. You may submit your idea in any language.
  4. Share your idea with others. Once submitted and approved, share the roadmap link with other SystemeScale users who might benefit from the same feature. More votes means higher priority.

What happens after you submit

After submission, your idea goes through the following process:

  • You receive an immediate confirmation email acknowledging your submission.
  • Our team reviews the idea for technical feasibility.
  • Once approved, the idea appears on the public roadmap for other users to vote on.
  • As votes accumulate, approved ideas move through statuses: Under Consideration β†’ Planned β†’ In Progress β†’ Done.
  • Everyone who voted on an idea receives an email notification whenever its status is updated.

Not all ideas will be approved
Our team evaluates every submission for technical feasibility and strategic fit. Ideas that are not feasible or are outside our product direction will not be posted publicly, but we read every suggestion submitted.
