How to cancel SystemeScale subscription
In this article, you will learn how to safely cancel your SystemeScale subscription from your account.
Step-by-step: Canceling your plan

Access Settings
To change your subscription settings, click on your profile picture placeholder in the top right corner, then click on Settings.

Navigate to Subscriptions
In the left-hand menu, click on Manage my subscriptions to view your active plans.

Cancel your plan
Find the subscription you wish to cancel, click on the 3 dots icon next to it, and then click on Cancel subscription.

Confirm Cancellation
To securely cancel your subscription, click Confirm on the popup that appears on your screen.

Important notice regarding payment dates
When a customer cancels one of their subscriptions, the cancellation will take effect on the next payment date.
Example: If a customer who subscribed to a monthly subscription on September 04 cancels their subscription on September 10, their subscription will officially be canceled on October 04. You maintain full access to your paid features until that date.
