How to send a password reset email
In this article, youβll learn how to change your own password or help a student/client reset theirs.
What youβll need:
- A SystemeScale account
1) You forgot your SystemeScale password:
You can reset it by simply going to the login page.

Request a reset link
On the login page, click on Forgot your password?.

Enter your details
Next, enter the email address associated with your SystemeScale account, check the reCAPTCHA, and click on Reset password.

Check your inbox
An email with a link will be sent to the email address you entered. Go to your email inbox and click the link you received to set a new password for your SystemeScale account.
Once this is done, you can log into your SystemeScale account using the link below:

If your client has a SystemeScale account, you can follow the same process. Simply enter the email address linked to their account, and theyβll receive an email with a link to reset their password.
2) A student forgot their password for your course area:
Go to the login page for your training space.

Trigger the reset
Enter the email address the student used to register, then click Reset password.

Student resets password
They will then receive an email with a link to reset their password and access the login page for your course.
