How to receive invoices automatically

This guide will walk you through how to automatically receive your monthly or yearly subscription invoices.

What you'll need

An active paid SystemeScale subscription, or
An active subscription to a product sold by a SystemeScale vendor.

How automatic invoice emails work

By default, SystemeScale sends invoices automatically to the customer's company, not to the individual customers.

You can choose to have these invoices automatically emailed to you by adjusting your notification settings.

Invoices are controlled from notification settings

Enable invoice notifications for the subscription plans where you want monthly or yearly invoices sent to you automatically.

How to configure your invoice notification settings

Click Notifications, then scroll down to the My subscription invoices section.

Check the box next to each subscription plan for which you want to receive invoices, such as your SystemeScale Unlimited plan.

Open Settings

Open Notifications

Click Notifications and scroll down to the My subscription invoices section.

Select the invoices you want

Check the box next to each subscription plan for which you want to receive invoices automatically.

Select every relevant subscription

If you have more than one subscription, enable the checkbox for each plan whose invoice you want to receive by email.
