How to grant access to a course automatically after opt-in on a form
In this article, you will learn how to grant course access automatically to contacts who register via an opt-in form, which is perfect for delivering free mini-courses or lead magnets.
What you'll need:
- A SystemeScale account
- A course (How to create a course using SystemeScale)
- An opt-in page (How to create an opt-in page/funnel)
Step-by-step instructions
To automatically grant course access after a form opt-in, follow these steps:

Edit the opt-in page
Navigate to your funnel, select the specific step containing your opt-in form, and click Edit page to open the visual editor.

Configure the button action
In the left panel, click the form's submission button to display its settings. For the Action when button clicked field, you must select Submit form. Then, choose an appropriate redirection option (e.g., redirect them to the next step, which would typically be a "Thank You" page). Save and close the editor.

Access automation rules
Back on the funnel step menu, open the Automation rules tab for that specific page. Click the Add rule button.

Set the trigger
Click the (+) button to add a new trigger. Select the Funnel step form subscribed trigger, which fires exactly when someone submits your opt-in form.

Set the enrollment action
To add an action, click the (+) button. Select the action Enroll in course. You will then be prompted to select your specific course and choose the access type you want to provide for your students (e.g., Full access or Drip content).

Save the rule
Click Save rule to apply your changes. Your automation is now active!
