Grace Period Recovery
After executing a progress reset, a 1-month grace period is applied to the backend database. During this 30-day window, previously erased tracking data can still be fully recovered if the reset was triggered by mistake. To recover purged data, contact our support team and provide your account email address, the affected student's email address, and the exact course name.
