How to integrate ActiveCampaign in SystemeScale
This guide walks you through the step-by-step process required to integrate your ActiveCampaign account with your SystemeScale workspace to automatically sync subscriber behavior and list tags.

Built-In Autoresponder Option
This external configuration is entirely optional. If you want to handle email marketing inside SystemeScale, you can do so natively for free without any third-party tools using our built-in email features.
What you will need:
- A SystemeScale account subscription
- An active ActiveCampaign account with API access enabled
Step-by-step integration instructions

Navigate to the Integrations settings dashboard
Click on your profile picture in the top-right toolbar utility bar, navigate into the master Settings panel, and click on the Integrations tab on the left-hand menu layout.

Select the ActiveCampaign module card
Locate the ActiveCampaign integration block card from the available provider list to open the connection fields box.

Verify external API activation states
Ensure your API settings are actively turned on inside your ActiveCampaign console dashboard. Copy your secure, unique API URL and API Key (Token) from your ActiveCampaign developer settings menu.

Input API credentials and choose triggers
Check the box labeled Activate to initialize the connection layer. Paste your secure URL and Token strings cleanly into the corresponding input box fields. Check the boxes next to your preferred data triggers, and click Save to launch the integration instantly.
How the data synchronization layer works
Once saved, the system establishes a direct bridge supporting three primary structural trigger events:
- Contact created: Pushes new leads immediately over to your target lists.
- Tag added to contact: Automatically matches and attaches tracking parameters. If an allocated tag string inside SystemeScale does not exist in ActiveCampaign, our engine will automatically create that new tag block inside your ActiveCampaign database on the fly.
- Tag removed from contact: Disables or strips out associated tags to manage unsubscribe paths or lead status changes.

One-Way Synchronization Protocol
This bridge operates as a one-way data integration. Customer variations, manual list edits, or tag removals performed inside your ActiveCampaign dashboard panel will not sync back to overwrite profile states inside your SystemeScale CRM database.

API Token Reset Guardrail
If you regenerate, reset, or roll your master API keys inside your ActiveCampaign developer portal, your active connection will break silently. You must immediately re-enter your SystemeScale integrations layout block and update the credential strings to keep data streams active.
