How to manually subscribe a contact to an email campaign

In this article, you will learn how to manually subscribe individual contacts or whole audience segments to an automated email campaign sequence directly through your administrative customer database.

Navigate to the Contacts CRM dashboard
In your master navigation panel, hover over or click the Contacts & CRM Index section layer and select Contacts from the menu options grid.

Select target email profiles
Filter your database as needed, then select the contact or contacts you want to enroll by checking the operational selector box next to their email addresses.

Trigger the bulk actions layout menu
Click the More actions option block button at the top of your layout list, and select Subscribe to campaign from the dropdown settings.

Configure your entry step and execute
In the pop-up options modal container that appears, select the specific Campaign you wish to bind them to. Next, choose the exact milestone email step where you want the contacts to start their sequence loop. Click Subscribe to confirm and start delivery.

Removing Contacts from Sequence Automation
If you need to halt message processing or pull contacts out of a live sequence track manually, check the boxes next to their profiles in the CRM grid, open More actions, and select Unsubscribe from campaign from the options dropdown block.
