In this article, you will learn how to send an automated email sequence (email campaign) immediately to your audience using system automation rules inside your SystemeScale account.

What you will need:

Creating an automation rule

To connect user behavior directly to your email nurture tracks, establish a programmatic rule step:

1
Navigate to Rules dashboard
In the primary top menu bar, hover over the Automations tab, and click Rules from the layer dropdown menu.
2
Create a rule card container
Click the primary Create button at the top of the grid view layout to spin up a blank automation container sheet.

Adding a trigger to start the automation

A trigger represents the specific customer event milestone that forces the system engine to run your active rule sequence block.

3
Initialize a programmatic entry trigger
Click the (+) button next to the Triggers section header block. Choose the exact system trigger option that aligns with your campaign goals.

Common trigger deployment scenarios:

  • Opt-In Form Registrations: To enroll leads who submit contact details on your squeeze pages, select Funnel step form subscribed, and map the dropdown selector card directly to your target funnel step title.
  • Product Purchases: To enroll buying customers who finalize an checkout order sheet immediately, select the New sale trigger block parameter.
  • Tag Allocation: To enroll contacts whenever their profile sheet updates with a tracking parameter, select the Tag added entry condition.
πŸ“Œ
Tag Timeline Exception Rule
The Tag added automation trigger operates strictly in forward-looking real-time execution. The target tracking tag must be systematically applied to the contact's profile card after the automation rule container has been published and saved. Pre-existing tagged users inside your list will not trigger this loop retroactively.

Adding an action to subscribe to a campaign

Once your entry trigger rule is mapped, establish the programmatic execution action to assign the target nurturing campaign sequence asset.

4
Attach an automated system action
Click the (+) button next to the Actions section header block layout.
5
Map the sequence subscription target and save
Select the Subscribe to campaign action type from the system parameter list. Choose your desired email sequence title from the target dropdown selector menu, and click the primary Save rule button at the top right to deploy the live automation instantly.
