This article explains why your domain name may not be approved on SystemeScale and how to fix it.

To get started, you will need the following:

  • A SystemeScale account
  • A domain name added to your SystemeScale account

Checking the status of your domain

If the domain you have added to SystemeScale has not been approved yet, you will need to verify whether the CNAME records have been correctly added to your DNS host and are working as expected.

1
Open a DNS Checker
Navigate to a third-party DNS Checker tool (such as whatsmydns.net).
2
Locating your hostnames
You can find the required hostnames in your domain settings on SystemeScale. Copy the hostnames provided by SystemeScale to test them.
3
Search your CNAME records
Paste the hostnames into the search field of the DNS Checker. Select the CNAME option from the dropdown record list, then click Search to check the propagation of your two CNAME records.

Expected DNS Checker results

For both records, the results should show green checkmarks indicating successful propagation. Ensure the target values shown in the checker match the exact target values provided by SystemeScale in your domain settings.

ℹ️
Propagation Time
DNS records may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate across the global internet. Provided that your domain name is functional and properly configured, it will be approved in SystemeScale within 24 hours.
⚠️
Root Domain vs. "www" Subdomain
When adding your domain to SystemeScale, you must include the "www" prefix (e.g., www.yourdomain.com). If you try to add the root domain without it (e.g., yourdomain.com), the configuration is incorrect and will not be approved.

If your domain is still not approved after 48 hours, please ensure you followed the precise setup steps for connecting your domain or subdomain.
