In this article, you will learn how to add terms and conditions to your pages in SystemeScale.
You will need:
- A SystemeScale account
- A page on which you want to add Terms and Conditions
There are two distinct methods to add terms and conditions to your pages: adding them to order forms, or creating a separate information page and linking to it from your other pages.
Method 1: Add terms and conditions on your order forms
Use this method when you want to display your terms and conditions on order forms or payment pages.

Open Settings
Click your profile picture, then navigate to Settings.

Open Payment settings
Click Payment settings.

Update the terms text
Modify the terms and conditions text that should appear on your order forms.

Save the payment settings
Click Save to save your changes.

Payment Page Settings update the popup automatically
Any changes made to the text in Payment Page Settings will automatically update the popup on your payment page.
Add the terms popup to your order form
After updating the terms text in your payment settings, open your order form editor and add the popup that displays the terms and conditions.

Open the order form editor
Open the editor for the order form where you want to include the terms and conditions.

Open Popups
Once inside the editor, click Popups.

Add a new popup
Click the + icon to add a new popup.

Display the popup
To display the popup, click the Settings icon, also shown as the gear icon, for that popup.

Edit popup settings
Once the popup is displayed, click Edit popup settings.

Select the terms text element
Select the text element containing the terms and conditions.

Save the order form
Click Save to apply your changes.

Saved page changes cannot be restored
Once the changes are saved, the old version of the page cannot be restored. Review your page before saving.

Method 2: Add terms and conditions on your other pages
Use this method when you want to create a separate Terms and Conditions page, then link to it from your sales page or another page.

Add a new funnel step
Begin by creating a new page for your terms. Click Add step.

Choose Info page
Select Info page as the page type.

Add your terms text
Add a text element containing your Terms and Conditions to the Info page.

Copy the Info page URL
Copy the URL of your information page.
Link to your Terms and Conditions page
After creating the Info page, add a link to it from the page where visitors should be able to access your terms.

Open your sales page editor
Open the editor for the sales page or other page where you want to add the link.

Add a text element
Add a text element to the page.

Highlight the link text
Highlight the text you want visitors to click, then click the Link icon to create a hyperlink.

Paste the Info page URL
Paste the URL of your Info page, then click Confirm.

Save your changes
Click Save changes in the top-right corner.
