How to cancel a subscription to SystemeScale or an offer hosted in SystemeScale
In this article, you will learn how to cancel your subscription to SystemeScale or to an offer that is hosted on the platform.
Access your subscription settings
To access your subscription settings, click your Profile Picture, then click Settings. From the settings menu on the left, click Manage my subscriptions to display a list of your subscriptions.
Cancel the subscription
On the subscription you want to cancel, click the three dots, then click Cancel subscription.
A popup will be displayed asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click Confirm to cancel your subscription.

Confirm the correct subscription before canceling
Before clicking Confirm, make sure you are canceling the correct subscription or hosted offer access.
Important cancellation notes
- The cancellation will take effect just before the next expiration date.
- The resource is removed automatically. If a customer cancels their subscription, they will no longer have access to their subscription plan or to the offer they originally subscribed to.
- Only subscriptions are displayed in this section. Offers paid in installments cannot be cancelled using this method.

This cancellation method applies to recurring subscriptions shown in Manage my subscriptions. Installment-payment offers are not managed from this section.
