How to integrate Zoom in SystemeScale

How does the Zoom integration work?
Integrating Zoom with SystemeScale allows you to use Zoom for meetings through the Calendar feature. When someone registers for your event, they automatically receive the Zoom meeting link by email.
Connect your Zoom account in SystemeScale
Start by connecting Zoom from your account integrations area.

Open Settings
Click your profile picture, then go to Settings.

Open Zoom from Integrations
In the menu on the left, scroll down to the Integrations section and click on it. Click Zoom to connect your Zoom account to SystemeScale.

Begin the integration process
A popup will appear. Click Connect to begin the integration process.

Log in and allow access
A second popup will prompt you to log in to your Zoom account. Once logged in, click Allow to grant SystemeScale the necessary access. This step enables the platform to manage your Zoom integration.

Confirm the connection
Once connected, your Zoom account will appear in your SystemeScale interface. You can view account details or disconnect your Zoom account at any time by clicking Connected.
Create an event in the booking calendar
After Zoom is connected, create the event that will use Zoom as its online meeting location.

Open Calendar and create a new event
Go to the CRM section and open the Calendar tab. Click Create new event to begin setting up your event.

Fill in the event details
Fill in the event details: name, duration, host name, and description. Under the Location section, select Online meeting.

Choose Zoom as the online meeting tool
A popup will appear. Choose Zoom from the available options, then click Save.

Zoom link is sent automatically
Registered participants will automatically receive an email containing the Zoom meeting link and password.

Add the calendar to your page
Once your event is set up, add the calendar to the page where visitors will book the event.

Add the Calendar element
Open the editor of the relevant page and add the Calendar element.

Select your event
Select the event you created from the list. Your booking calendar is now live and functional.

What happens after someone registers?
Once someone registers, they will receive an email with all the event details, including the Zoom meeting link and access password.
Remove the integration in Zoom
To remove the SystemeScale integration from your Zoom account:
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage, then Added Apps, or search for the SystemeScale app.
- Click the SystemeScale app.
- Click Remove.

Automatic disconnection after inactivity
The Zoom integration is automatically disconnected after 90 days of inactivity. If this happens, simply reconnect your Zoom account.
