How to integrate Secure and Pay in SystemeScale
In this article, you will learn how to integrate Secure and Pay into your SystemeScale account.
Log in and access the payment gateways section
To connect your SystemeScale account to your Secure and Pay account, click on your profile picture and then Settings.
Next, in the left-hand menu, click Payment gateways.
On the payment gateway options page, click Connect for the Secure and Pay option.
Copy your webhook URL and contact Secure and Pay support
A popup window will appear with an auto-generated webhook URL.
You must copy this URL and send it to Secure and Pay support using their contact form, so that they can provide you with the information you can use to log in to your Secure and Pay account and integrate your Secure and Pay account with SystemeScale.
Once you've sent a request to Secure and Pay support, you'll receive an email from them containing the information you need to log in to your account, as well as instructions for integrating your Secure and Pay account on a third-party platform.
You will need this information to finalize the integration of your Secure and Pay payment gateway with your SystemeScale account.
Configure and finalize the integration
Return to SystemeScale and enter the Site ID and API Secret Key you received in the email from Secure and Pay support into the configuration popup, then click Save to finalize the integration.
Important requirements and limitations
- The Email, First Name, and Last Name fields are mandatory on your payment pages to ensure payments are processed correctly via Secure and Pay.
- Currencies accepted are exclusively USD, EUR, and GBP.
- Subscription periods are calculated in days. For example, if you want a monthly subscription, you must set a 30-day interval.
- Currently, there are no scheduled retries for a subscription payment failure via Secure and Pay. If a payment fails, SystemeScale sends a notification to the vendor, and if no payment is made within 30 days, the subscription is canceled.
- Secure and Pay does not offer a link for customers to update their credit card.
