How to request a free DNS setup from SystemeScale support
If you need help configuring your DNS records, the SystemeScale support team can connect and authenticate your custom domain for you at no charge.
This service is for users who already own a domain and want SystemeScale support to configure the DNS records required for their website, funnels, courses, and email authentication.
What you need before requesting setup
- An active SystemeScale account
- A domain name you have already purchased
- Access to your domain registrar account, such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, or another registrar
- The email address connected to your SystemeScale account
How the process works
The free DNS setup process is simple: you buy the domain, submit the setup request, provide the details support needs, then wait for confirmation.
What SystemeScale support configures
SystemeScale support configures the DNS records needed to make your custom domain work properly with your account.
Depending on your setup, this may include website connection records and email authentication records such as:
- CNAME record: connects the
wwwversion of your domain to your SystemeScale funnels, website, blog, or courses. - A record: points the root domain, such as
yourdomain.com, to the correct destination when needed. - SPF record: authorizes SystemeScale to send marketing emails from your domain.
- DKIM record: adds a digital signature that proves your emails are authentic.
- DMARC record: tells receiving email servers how to handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.
How long does the DNS setup take?
Support typically handles the configuration within the support workflow, but DNS propagation can take time.
In most cases, you should allow 24 to 48 hours for the domain connection and DNS changes to fully propagate across the internet.
Is this service really free?
Yes. SystemeScaleβs free DNS setup service is provided at no extra charge.
You only need an active SystemeScale account and a domain that you have already purchased.
Is it safe to share registrar access?
SystemeScale support uses registrar access only to configure the DNS settings required for your SystemeScale account.
Your login details are handled with strict confidentiality and used only for DNS configuration.
As a best practice, change your domain registrar password as soon as support confirms that setup is complete.
What if Two-Factor Authentication is enabled?
If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on your registrar account, mention it when submitting your request.
The support team will coordinate with you by email when they are ready to access the account and need the one-time login code.
What if I already have a website on the domain?
Once your domain is connected to SystemeScale, that domain will point to your SystemeScale account.
If a previous website, such as WordPress, Wix, or another platform, is currently hosted on the same exact domain or subdomain, it may no longer be accessible at that address after the DNS changes are applied.
Do I need to transfer my domain?
No. You do not need to transfer your domain to use it with SystemeScale.
Your domain can stay with your current registrar. SystemeScale support only needs access to configure the required DNS records.
Cloudflare is strongly recommended because its DNS management is fast, reliable, and easier to configure, but you can use any registrar you already have.
What if I have not bought a domain yet?
You must purchase a domain before requesting free DNS setup.
SystemeScale cannot purchase a domain on your behalf, but you can buy one from any popular registrar.
