Step 1: Generate your reCAPTCHA keys
To add a CAPTCHA to your contact page in SystemeScale, you first need to generate reCAPTCHA keys through Google. These keys allow your page to communicate with Googleβs anti-bot verification service.

Start the setup
Click First steps.
Step 2: Configure your reCAPTCHA
Fill out the form to register your new site.
Label
In the Label field, enter a name to identify your project. For example, you can use your domain name, such as example.com.
reCAPTCHA type
Select the Challenge (v2) option.
Mode selection
Select the Iβm not a robot Checkbox option.
Domains
Add your domain. Make sure there are no spaces or capital letters.
Terms and alerts
Accept the terms of service. You can also check the box to receive alerts for potential security issues.

Submit the setup
After filling out the required fields, click Submit.

Keep both keys ready
Google will provide two important pieces of information: the Site Key and the Secret Key. Keep both keys handy for the next step.
Step 3: Add your reCAPTCHA keys to SystemeScale
After generating your reCAPTCHA keys, add them to the custom domain settings in SystemeScale.

Open Custom domains
Go to Settings > Custom domains.

Open the domain settings
Click the three-dot icon next to your domain, then click Settings.

Find reCAPTCHA Settings
Scroll down to the reCAPTCHA Settings section.

Paste your keys
Paste the Site key and Secret key provided by Google into the corresponding fields.

Save the domain settings
Click Save. You can now use reCAPTCHA on your Contact Us page.

Use the matching domain
The domain connected to your funnel must match the domain you registered in the Google reCAPTCHA console.

Step 4: Open your Contact us page
Next, open the sales funnel that contains your contact page.

Access your sales funnel
Log in to your SystemeScale account, go to the Sales Funnels tab, then select the funnel that contains your contact page.

Open Funnel Steps
Click Funnel Steps.

Edit the contact page
Click the Edit Page button next to your contact page.
Step 5: Confirm the reCAPTCHA element
The reCAPTCHA element is pre-installed on the contact page template.

Check the template
Confirm that the reCAPTCHA element is present on your Contact Us page template.

Preview the page
Preview the page to confirm that the reCAPTCHA checkbox appears correctly.

Result
Once the keys are saved and the domain matches, the Contact Us page can display the reCAPTCHA verification step to help block automated submissions.
Troubleshooting reCAPTCHA errors
If you see the error reCAPTCHA verification error, please try again, it may indicate that the free quota for reCAPTCHA Enterprise has been exceeded.
