In this article, you will learn how to create a creator store on SystemeScale.
A creator store lets you showcase links, collect emails, sell digital downloads, sell courses, and sell physical products from one simple storefront.
Step 1: Create your creator store
Start from the Creator stores area inside the Sites section.

Open Creator stores
Go to the Sites tab, then click Creator stores.

Create a new store
Click Create to create your creator store.

Enter the store details
In the popup, enter the name, domain, URL path, and choose the language.

Save the store
Click Save to complete the new creator store creation.

Store preview after creation
After the store is created, you will see the overall preview of your store and the settings you can modify to personalize its content.
Step 2: Customize your store header
The header controls the main identity area of your online store.

Open the header editor
Click Edit header to modify the header of your online store.

Edit store identity
In the header, edit the store image, store name, and bio.

Add social media links
Add links to your social media accounts, such as Instagram and TikTok.

Show more social options
Click Show more to see all available options, enter your username, then click Save.
Step 3: Customize your store design
You can change the look and feel of your creator store using store design settings.

Open design settings
Click Edit design.

Choose a theme template
Select the theme template you like best from the available options.

Customize the design
Customize the theme colors, heading font, and body font using the design options shown.

Apply the theme
Click Apply theme to save your design.
Step 4: Add a section to your store
Sections help organize the content and products displayed inside your creator store.

Add a section
Click Add section.

Name the section
In the popup, enter a title for your section.

Save the section
Click Add section to save.
Step 5: Create products for your creator store
To create a product, click Add new product.
You can create different product types:
- Redirect to an external link
- Collect emails
- Sell a digital download
- Sell a course
- Sell a physical product

Choose the right product type
Each product type has its own setup tabs. Choose the one that matches what you want the store visitor to do.
Product type 1: Redirect to an external link
Use this option when you want to send customers to another website, landing page, or product outside your store.

Add product content
Add a thumbnail image, title, button text, subtitle, and the redirect link for the button.

Publish or save as draft
Click Publish to make it visible in your store, or click Save as draft if you are not ready to publish.
Product type 2: Collect emails
Use this option when you want to collect email addresses from visitors. Three tabs need to be configured: Thumbnail, Thank you page, and Options.

Choose the thumbnail
Select the thumbnail image you want to use.

Edit the product text
Modify the title, button, and subtitle.

Add form fields
Add the fields you want to collect from visitors who sign up. By default, the available field is Email.

Add optional fields
Click Add field to add other fields, such as First name. You can make a field mandatory by enabling the Required button.

Save or continue
Click Save as draft, or click Next to save and proceed to the second tab.

Customize the thank you page
Add a title and subtitle that will be shown after a visitor submits your form.

Publish the email collection product
Click Publish to make your email collection product visible in your store.
Options tab
You can add an automation rule to your product once it is saved as a draft or published.

Click Add rule.

Choose the trigger
In the popup, choose Creator store form subscribed as the trigger.

Choose the action
Select the action you want to trigger after a lead subscribes through your digital storeโs Collect emails section. For example, you can add a tag.

Save the rule
Click Save rule.

Product type 3: Sell a digital download
To set up a digital product, four tabs need to be configured: Thumbnail, Digital download, Checkout page, and Thank you page.

Set the thumbnail
Select the thumbnail image you want to use, then modify the title, button, and subtitle.

Continue to the next tab
Click Next to save and proceed to the second tab.

Add the digital product
Give a title to your digital product, upload the file, and edit the confirmation email that will be automatically sent to customers after payment.

Continue to checkout setup
Click Next to save and proceed to the third tab.

Add checkout content
Add an image for your product, plus text that includes the title, button, and description.

Configure form fields
In the payment form settings, add the form fields you need to collect the desired information. Email, First name, and Country are included by default.

Create a price plan
Create a price plan for your offer by clicking the + icon.

Set payment methods
Add your payment gateways by clicking Set payment methods.

Continue to the thank you page
Click Next to save and move to the next tab.

Add a title and subtitle that will display after the customer confirms their purchase.

Publish the digital product
Click Publish so the product for sale becomes visible in your store.

Product type 4: Sell a course
To set up a course in the store, there are five tabs to complete: Thumbnail, Course, Checkout page, Thank you page, and Options.

Select the thumbnail image you want to use, then edit the title, button, and subtitle.

Continue to course setup
Click Next to save your changes and proceed to the second tab.

Choose the course type
Choose between a Light course or a Classic course, depending on your needs.

Click Next to save your changes and proceed to the third tab.

Configure payment form fields
Add the form fields you need to collect the desired information. Email, First name, and Country are included by default, and you can add more by clicking Add field.

Create pricing and payment methods
Create a price plan by clicking the + icon, then add payment gateways by clicking Set payment methods.

Click Next to save and move to the fourth tab.

Add a title and subtitle that will be displayed after the customer completes their purchase.

Publish the course
Click Publish to make your course visible in your store.
Options tab
Once your offer is published, you can access the Options section to manage the settings of the selected or created course.
- Add the instructorโs information, including name and photo.
- Customize branding by uploading your logo and course cover.
- Set up certificate settings, such as adding a certificate logo and signature.
- Enable the option to issue a certificate upon completion.
- Add your own HTML or JavaScript code in the Custom code section if you want to customize your course page further.

Publish the final course settings
After configuring the Options section, click Publish to save and make your course available in your store.

Product type 5: Sell a physical product
To set up a physical product, four tabs need to be configured: Thumbnail, Select a physical product, Checkout page, and Thank you page.

Select the thumbnail image you want to use, then edit the title, button, and subtitle.

Continue to product selection
Click Next to save your changes and proceed to the second tab.

Select an existing physical product
Select a physical product that is already created in your SystemeScale account.

Edit if needed
Once selected, you can edit it by clicking Edit product.

Click Next to save it and proceed to the next tab.

Configure physical product form fields
In the payment form settings, add the form fields needed to collect the desired information. For physical products, many fields are included by default, such as email, first name, last name, street address, and postal code.

You can add more fields by clicking Add field.

Set payment methods
Select the payment method you prefer by clicking Set payment methods.

View your creator store
To view the final rendering of your store, click View.

Preview before sharing
After publishing your products, view the store as a visitor so you can confirm the layout, products, checkout pages, forms, and links are working correctly.
Configure creator store settings
Once you have published your digital products, you can configure the different settings for your creator store.

Open store settings
Click Settings.
From the Settings page, you can edit the following elements:
- Name and domain name of your store
- URL path
- Language and currency
- Accepted payment methods, such as Cash on delivery
- Affiliation option to display an affiliate badge and earn lifetime commissions
Configure SEO and tracking settings
When you scroll down in the Settings page, you will find the SEO section.
In the SEO section, you can:
- Add a title
- Write a description
- Enter keywords
- Specify the author of your creator store
- Select a social media image
- Add tracking codes
- Choose to hide your store from search engines

Save store settings
After editing the settings and SEO fields, click Save.

You can deactivate a creator store
It is possible to deactivate a creator store. Click the relevant digital store, then click the three-dot menu and select Deactivate.

Product URL paths cannot be modified yet
It is not yet possible to modify the URL path of products listed on a creator store.
