This article explains how to add a profile picture to your SystemeScale account.

Your profile picture helps personalize your account and makes it easier to identify your user profile when working inside SystemeScale.

What you will need

Use a clear image

For best results, use a clear square image or a centered portrait that will still look good when cropped into a small profile icon.

Click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner to open the account menu.

Then select Settings.

Open the profile menu

Click your profile picture or profile placeholder in the top-right corner of your account.

Select Settings

Click Settings from the dropdown menu.

You will land on the Profile settings page.

Click the pen icon next to the profile image placeholder to upload your photo.

Find the profile image area

On the Profile settings page, locate the profile image placeholder.

Click the pen icon

Click the pen icon beside the placeholder to open the file manager.

A file manager popup will appear.

You can select an existing image from your file manager or upload a new image from your device.

Once the correct image is selected, click Insert.

Choose an image

Select an existing image or upload a new file from your device.

Click Insert

Click Insert to apply the selected image to your profile image area.

To apply the changes, click Save in the top-right corner.

A notification will appear confirming that your changes have been saved.

Click Save

Click Save in the top-right corner of the settings page.

Confirm the update

Wait for the confirmation notification that your changes have been saved.

Profile picture updated

After saving, your selected image becomes your SystemeScale account profile picture.

If the image does not appear, refresh the page and check again.
If the wrong image appears, repeat the process and select the correct file.
If the upload does not work, try using a smaller image file or a common format such as JPG, PNG, or WebP.
Always click Save; selecting the image alone may not apply the change.
