1. Deleting all contacts
Use this method if you want to delete your entire contact list and start with a clean slate.
Step 1: Access your contacts
Click Contacts in the CRM menu.
This opens your full contact list, which you can manage or delete according to your needs.
Step 2: Select and delete your contacts
Click Select all to select your entire contact list, then click Delete.
This allows you to quickly delete the entire list when you no longer need it or want to restart with a clean contact database.
Step 3: Confirm the deletion
After clicking Delete, a confirmation window will appear. Click Confirm to delete the selected contacts.
2. Deleting multiple contacts
Use this method when you want to delete only a part of your list instead of deleting every contact.
Step 1: Apply a filter
To delete part of your list, use filters to group contacts by criteria such as tag, date added, or another relevant attribute.
For example, if you want to delete all contacts with the Lead tag, select the Tag filter, then choose Lead from your list of tags.
This displays only the contacts associated with that tag, so you can select and delete that filtered group without affecting the rest of your list.
Step 2: Select and delete the filtered contacts
After filtering, only the matching contacts will appear in the list.
Click Select all to select the filtered list, then click Delete.
This lets you delete a specific group of contacts without affecting the rest of your list.
Step 3: Confirm the deletion
Click Confirm to delete the selected contacts.
Restoring deleted contacts
Deleted contacts are moved to the bin and kept for 30 days. During this period, you can restore them before they are permanently deleted.
