Step-by-step process
To trigger automation rules after a customer purchases your order bump, follow these 3 steps:

Create a specific tag
Create a tag to track this specific purchase (e.g., name it "Order bump"). If you need help with this, read: How to create a tag.

Add the tag to the order bump
Navigate to your payment page settings. Under the Order Bump section, click the pencil icon to Edit digital product.
In the Resources section, add the "Order bump" tag you just created.

Create the automation rule
Navigate to Automations > Rules in the main menu. Click Create.
Select Tag added as the trigger. Next, select the action you want to trigger (Example: Subscribe to a campaign when the order bump tag is added).
Click Save rule to confirm.
