In this article, you will learn how to provide cash on delivery as an option to your customers on your payment pages.
To offer this option, you need to connect the corresponding payment gateway.
Configuring the payment gateway
From your SystemeScale account, click on your profile picture and select Settings, then go to Payment gateways.
In the list of gateways, find Cash on delivery and click Connect.
If needed, add any customer instructions, then click Save.

Integration completion may take time
It may take some time for the Cash on delivery integration to be completed after you save it.
Activating Cash on delivery for your funnel
In the funnel editor, click Funnel settings.
On the Edit funnel popup that appears, click the Cash on delivery payment checkbox.
Finally, click Save to confirm your changes.

C.O.D. will appear on payment pages
After following these steps, customers will see C.O.D. as a payment option on your sales funnel payment pages.
Editing the instructions or deleting the integration
You can edit the instructions by clicking Edit customer instructions, or delete the integration by clicking the trash icon.

Customer instructions can be updated
Use Edit customer instructions if you need to explain delivery timing, payment handling, or what customers should prepare when the order arrives.

Deleting removes the integration
Use the trash icon only when you want to remove the Cash on delivery gateway from your account.
Important note
Cash on Delivery is only available for physical products.

Do not use Cash on delivery for digital products, services, courses, or subscriptions. It is designed for physical products that are delivered to customers.
