How to migrate your business from ClickFunnels to SystemeScale
SystemeScale offers a complete migration of your business free of charge when you subscribe to an Unlimited monthly plan or one of the annual plans.
This article explains what is usually involved when migrating a business from ClickFunnels to SystemeScale.
What is involved in a ClickFunnels migration?
Migrating a business from ClickFunnels to SystemeScale can involve several parts of your business, depending on what you currently use inside ClickFunnels.
The migration may include:
- Sales funnel pages
- Blog pages and posts
- Courses
- Physical products
- Newsletters and campaigns
- Contact lists and tags
- Automations
- Domain integration and email authentication
- Student enrollment into courses
1. Migration of sales funnel pages
Sales funnels are usually central to a ClickFunnels account, so they are generally migrated first to make them available online as quickly as possible.
During this step, all pages are recreated in the best way possible so the user experience remains familiar when switching from ClickFunnels to SystemeScale.
Your migration specialist will retrieve and reuse the content from your ClickFunnels pages, including:
- Images
- Videos
- Audio files
- Titles
- Texts
- Buttons, sections, page structure, and visible page content where possible
Once the pages for a sales funnel have been created, the links between the different funnel pages are checked and tested to make sure they work correctly.
2. Migration of blog pages and posts
If you have a blog on ClickFunnels, it can be recreated in SystemeScale using the blog feature.
Websites are generally migrated through this section using the same technical approach used for sales funnel migration: recreating the structure, layout, pages, posts, text, images, and links in the best possible way.
This can include blog pages, post layouts, post content, menus, and blog structure where applicable.
3. Migration of courses
Courses are a major part of many online businesses, so special attention is given to integrating them into the SystemeScale course platform.
Courses are imported individually and can include:
- Modules
- Lectures
- Quizzes
- Course content, text, files, videos, and structure where available
The SystemeScale course interface is designed to be simple for students to navigate. Once the course migration is complete, the courses can be linked to the sales pages dedicated to them.
4. Migration of physical products
Physical products can be recreated in SystemeScale with their main details and options.
Depending on the source data available in ClickFunnels, this can include:
- Name
- Description
- SKUs
- Tax settings
- Currency
- Price
- Product images
After the product details are recreated, they can be connected to the relevant order forms or checkout pages.
5. Migration of newsletters and campaigns
Each email in your ClickFunnels account can be recreated in SystemeScale, whether the emails are part of campaigns, newsletters, or sequences.
The migration may take into account:
- Delays and deadlines
- Custom fields
- Email content, including links, buttons, text, and images
- Campaign sequence order and structure
After email content is recreated, configurations are tested internally to make sure everything is in order.
6. Migration of contact lists and tags
ClickFunnels allows you to export your contacts, so you can retrieve a CSV file containing your contact list.
Importing the contact list into SystemeScale is usually fast and is completed toward the end of the migration.
Before importing your contact list, the list may be submitted to the deliverability team for review. Once approved, the contacts and their tags can be imported into SystemeScale.
7. Migration of automations
Each automation, whether simple or complex, can be recreated in the Automations section of your SystemeScale account under:
- Rules
- Workflows
Because each platform works differently, automations are recreated to achieve the same outcome rather than copied one-to-one.
The migration team focuses on reproducing the intended business result, such as tagging, access delivery, email sending, customer follow-up, and course enrollment.
8. Integration and authentication of your domain name
When the migration is nearly complete, the domain setup can be handled.
This can include:
- Integrating your domain name: Your old ClickFunnels domain or domain structure can be connected to SystemeScale so your URLs can be personalized and kept as close as possible to your previous structure.
- Authenticating your domain name: Email authentication records such as DKIM or SPF can be generated and configured to help improve email deliverability.
9. Adding students to courses
Once your contact list has been imported and your URLs are updated with your domain name, students can be enrolled in the courses to which they have access.
To make the transition smoother, automation can be used to enroll students in courses depending on the tags assigned to their contact records.
Important migration reminders
- Migration is handled manually by the migration team.
- Your ClickFunnels content is recreated in SystemeScale as accurately as possible.
- Sales funnels are usually prioritized first because they are often the highest-impact assets.
- Do not edit assets while the migration team is recreating them.
- Contact lists may be reviewed before import and sending.
- Automations are recreated to produce the same result, even if the internal setup differs from ClickFunnels.
- Review all migrated funnels, courses, emails, automations, products, and domain URLs before switching fully.
