How to migrate your business from Kajabi to SystemeScale

What is involved in a Kajabi migration?
Migrating a business from Kajabi to SystemeScale can involve sales funnel pages, blog pages and posts, courses, physical products, newsletters and campaigns, contact lists and tags, automations, domain integration, email authentication, and student enrollment into courses.
1. Migration of sales funnel pages
Sales funnels are usually migrated first to make them available online quickly. All pages are recreated in the most optimal way possible so the user experience remains familiar when switching from Kajabi to SystemeScale.
The migration specialist retrieves and reuses data from Kajabi pages, including:
- Images
- Videos
- Audio files
- Titles
- Texts
- Buttons, visible layouts, sections, and page structure where possible
After the sales funnel pages are created, links between the pages are checked and tested to make sure they are fully functional.
2. Migration of blog pages and posts
If you have a blog on Kajabi, it can be reproduced in SystemeScale using the blog feature. Websites are generally migrated through this section using the same technical approach used for sales funnel migration.

5. Migration of newsletters and campaigns
Each email can be recreated in SystemeScale as it currently appears in your Kajabi account, whether the emails are used for campaigns, sequences, newsletters, or broadcasts.
The migration may take into account deadlines, custom fields, email content, links, buttons, text, images, and the order of your campaign or sequence.
6. Migration of contact lists and tags
Kajabi allows you to export your contacts. You can retrieve the file containing your contact list in Excel CSV format.
Importing your contact list into SystemeScale is generally fast and is usually completed toward the end of the migration. Before importing, the list may be submitted to the deliverability team for review. Once approved, the contacts and their tags can be imported.
7. Migration of automations
Each automation, whether simple or complex, can be recreated in the Automations section of your SystemeScale account under Rules and Workflows.
Because each platform behaves differently, automations are reproduced in a way that achieves the desired results rather than copied one-to-one.
8. Integration and authentication of your domain name
When migration is almost complete, your Kajabi domain name or domain structure can be connected to SystemeScale so your URLs can be personalized and kept as close as possible to their previous structure.
Email authentication records such as DKIM or SPF can also be generated and configured to help improve email deliverability.
9. Adding students to courses
Once your contact list has been imported and your URLs are up to date with your domain name, students can be enrolled in the courses to which they have access.
Automation can be used to enroll students in a course depending on the tags assigned to their contact records.
Important migration reminders
- Migration is handled manually by the migration team.
- Your Kajabi content is recreated in SystemeScale as accurately as possible.
- Sales funnels are usually prioritized first.
- Forms can be created directly inside the relevant SystemeScale funnel pages or website pages.
- Do not edit assets while the migration team is recreating them.
- Contact lists may be reviewed before import and sending.
- Automations are recreated to produce the same result, even if the internal setup differs from Kajabi.
- Review all migrated funnels, blogs, courses, emails, automations, products, and domain URLs before switching fully.
